Freya Bramble-Carter
Lives & Works in London, UK
Born in London in 1991, Freya Bramble-Carter has been immersed in the world of ceramics from a young age. She graduated from Chelsea School of Arts in 2013, before returning to exploring clay and helping her father manage his ceramic studio in West Hampstead.

Bramble-Carter’s practice sensitively explores our connection to the environment, as a body of landscape with its own physical association with the human body. Experimenting with glazes, colour, and texture, her vessels take classical compositions of European ceramics and insert an intuitive freedom borne from her travels.

Her work has been exhibited in a number of exhibitions including Like paradise, Claridge's ArtSpace, London, curated by Ekow Eshun (2023) and Body Vessel Clay at Two Temple Place, London, curated by Dr Jareh Das (2022). She has also collaborated with a number of brands including Jaeger (2022) and Mulberry (2022).

Freya Bramble-Carter will be represented by 50 GOLBORNE.
