Galleria Anna Marra focuses on valorising emerging and mid-career talents by organising shows in both its own exhibition spaces and in public institutions. Exhibitions are curated by external curators, while artists are promoted through the publication of dedicated monographs and catalogues. While maintaining its attentive eye on Italian art, the intent of the gallery is also to introduce artists from the international art scene to Italy.
In 2021, in a moment when the art world came to a standstill and began prioritising virtual exhibitions, the gallery established a joint curatorial venue in Brussels. Named Bubble’n’Squeak, it presented four international exhibitions and more than 40 artists from all over the world.
In December 2021, Galleria Anna Marra and Gallery Nosco opened an exhibition space in Brussels, called MARRA\NOSCO, located in the central neighbourhood of St. Catherine.
