Created 31 years ago by Eric Dupont, the gallery presents artists preoccupied by formal research, such as Damien Cabanes, Paul Pagk, and Didier Mencoboni. In the 2000s to 2010s, artists exploring the relation to memory using different media joined the gallery, including Yazid Oulab, Taysir Batniji, and Nicholas Nixon.
Always keen to broaden its aesthetics, Galerie Eric Dupont welcomed a new generation of artists: Olympe Racana-Weiler, Wiame Haddad, Katarzyna Wiesiolek, and Tahmineh Monzavi. The gallery also presents artists from the African continent, driven by a desire to talk about their history and heritage, such as Romeo Mivekannin, Senzeni Marasela, and Willys Kezi. In collaboration with the association El Nour, it also features the work of Sudanese photographers.
Galerie Eric Dupont has grown with its first artists and welcomes new generations. In constant cross-cultural dialogue, the gallery participates in major international events, such as 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair, Art Paris, and Paris Photo.
