Founded in 2009, Officine dell’Immagine is dedicated to exhibiting emerging and established international artists whose practices reflect cross-cultural experiences. The gallery primarily works with artists from Europe, the US and Asia that have a relationship to the Middle East and Africa. Officine dell’Immagine promotes and supports artists through an exhibition and publishing programme and by participating in international art fairs, exposing artists’ works to wider audiences. The gallery takes pride in employing an open and collaborative approach to exhibition production. In working closely with artists, the outcome generates engaging, provocative presentations that challenge conventions of the contemporary white cube.
