Founded in 2011 and located in the historic centre of Sitges since 2013, OOA Gallery aims to promote contemporary African art among international art collectors and art lovers. Through solo and group shows at the gallery annually and participation at international art fairs, presence on art portals for collectors and collaborations with contemporary art museums, OOA Gallery gives visibility to the creativity and contemporary artistic diversity in Africa. Strongly rooted in their respective identities and stories, the gallery’s established or emergent artists distinguish themselves by the freedom of tone and the originality of their visual language.
