Founded in 2008, L’Atelier 21 represents and exhibits the works of modern and contemporary Moroccan artists, with a special focus on Moroccan artists from the diaspora. A space dedicated to exhibiting multidisciplinary practices, the gallery nurtures and enables artistic development, and has established itself as a space committed to the promotion and dissemination of plastic arts in Morocco. L’Atelier 21 also defends its artists through the publication of monographs dedicated as much to contemporary artists as to historic painters.
