50 Golborne supports emerging contemporary art projects that reflect the dynamic role that the African continent and its Diaspora have in a fast-changing global world. The gallery has been noted for its early interest in the convergences of fine art practices with the worlds of design, craft and technology. Established in 2015, the gallery has introduced a number of new artists internationally, placing works in reputable private collections and institutions such as The Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago; Brooklyn Museum, New York; Palais de Tokyo, Paris; Museum of Modern Art, New York and V&A Museum, London.
