
Mohamed Khaled Omran holds a BA degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University, Cairo, a Master’s degree in mural painting (2015), and a PhD in the Philosophy of Art (2020). He currently works as an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Helwan University. He has worked in multiple mediums; paintings, mosaics, stained glass, sculptures and installations, but most recently focused on painting.
He has participated in several group exhibitions in Egypt including the 27th, 29th, and 30th Youth Salon, the Fine Arts Painters (2017) and the Farouk Hosny Foundation for Culture & Arts (2020), as well as a solo exhibition A Gone By Year (2019). He has also participated in international exhibitions including the 8th Beijing International Art Biennale (2019).
